About the role

Bergum Group is looking for an experienced carpenter to join our growing team. We work with high quality, professional pride, and excellent service, and we are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, and maintains a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

The work includes, among other things:

• New construction, renovations, and remodeling projects.
• Installation of walls, roofs, floors, doors, windows, and kitchens.
• Formwork and other common carpentry tasks.
• Reading blueprints and taking measurements.
• Working independently as well as collaborating with colleagues on various projects.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience as a carpenter.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We welcome both candidates with formal education in construction and carpentry and those who have acquired equivalent skills through practical work experience. Education is a plus but not a requirement if you have relevant professional experience.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented. You have a strong focus on quality, are service-minded, and possess good teamwork skills. You can work independently, take initiative, and contribute to a positive work environment.
