The Quarter Trädgården – Developing the Senior Quarter Mölle

The Quarter Trädgården is to be developed into a hub in the senior quarter Mölle to enable older people to live and reside independently in safe conditions and have an active and meaningful life in community with others.

The Quarter Trädgården is located in central Falkenberg. Here we work according to a new concept where different operations are to work closely together to create security and high-quality care for the residents.

We are now looking for you who want to be part of this operation. Together you and your colleagues will work with different working methods in the operations that exist in the quarter: a special housing with 45 apartments, 27 apartments in needs-tested housing and 37 security apartments. There are also three day activities in the quarter.

This is how we work:

1. You work for everyone who lives in the quarter, regardless of housing form. All employees will have a workplace as a starting point, but will also regularly work within other operations that exist in the area. This way of working places demands on flexibility of everyone who works in the quarter.
2. The staffing in the quarter is adapted based on the operation's needs and is based on full-time as the norm. For example, our night shifts are not ten hours as in other operations. As it looks now, the night shifts will instead be 8.75 hours. The evening shifts extend to 23:00.
3. We want to think innovatively and test different solutions. We work with welfare technology, among other things, security is to be created through digital supervision.
4. We work according to a rehabilitative approach. We are to support the users in doing as much as they can themselves. This requires patience and an listening way of working.

DUTIES

Your main duties are nursing care and delegated medical tasks. As part of the daily work, you will work in intraphone which is part of our planning and documentation system.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are trained as a nurse assistant and can provide proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare that you have the right to use the title. If you are waiting for your certificate, you need to be able to show that you have a certified nurse assistant education and that you have applied for and are waiting for a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare.

We are looking for you with great respect for fellow human beings and who want to be part of our operation. You are receptive and engaged in a way that creates opportunities and prerequisites for the users you meet. You are responsible and a clear communicator. You should have a good ability to see the whole and context and at the same time be able to take into account individual needs. It is of great importance that you have good cooperation skills.
