About the position

As a White Goods Technician, you are responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, repairing, and installing white goods at customer locations. The work includes, among other things, refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, and other household appliances.

You plan and carry out your assignments independently while maintaining close contact with colleagues and support functions. The role involves daily customer contact and requires both technical competence and a strong service mindset.

You will become a vital part of the operations and contribute to customers receiving fast, professional, and high-quality service.

We are looking for you who have experience in servicing, troubleshooting, or repairing technical equipment and who thrive in an independent role with significant personal responsibility.

You are technically interested, solution-oriented, and have a professional attitude towards customers. Furthermore, you work in a structured manner, are meticulous, and have an easy time building trust in customer interactions.

You appreciate variety in work, have a strong service focus, and see the value in delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications:

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing white goods or similar technical equipment
• Good technical and mechanical understanding
• Knowledge of electricity and electronics
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• Good computer skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits:

• Experience from the white goods industry
• Electrical certification or relevant technical education
• Experience in service work with customer contact
