On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented Maintenance Mechanic who wants to become part of our maintenance team. Here, you will have a varied job where you are responsible for ensuring that our production facilities operate safely, efficiently, and with high availability. About the role As a Maintenance Mechanic, you work with both preventive and corrective maintenance of our production equipment. You are an important part of the operation and collaborate closely with production, operations, and other technicians to minimize downtime and develop our processes. Your responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and simple electrical systems.
• Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Contribute to improvement and investment projects.
• Document performed work in the maintenance system.
• Work actively with continuous improvements in safety, quality, and operational reliability.
• Participate in on-call duties and shift work as needed.

• Has technical education within industry or mechanics.
• Has experience in maintenance work within process, manufacturing, or food industry.
• Has good knowledge of mechanics and preferably also electricity, pneumatics, or hydraulics.
• Is accustomed to working with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Has a forklift license and wheel loader license.
• Fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written).
• Experience with welding, bearing replacements, and working in maintenance systems is a plus.

Regular working hours are 07:00–16:00, but shift work may occur depending on the needs of the operation. About the position This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by us and hired out to our client. For the right person, there are good opportunities for future direct employment with the client. The position will be filled as soon as possible, and the assignment will start immediately.
