Framework Agreement Department

HRB Service works within insurance damages, construction services, ROT (Renovation, Repair, and Maintenance), and maintenance services. About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for both existing and upcoming framework agreement projects. You will drive projects from start to finish with a focus on time, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role includes:

• Planning, leading, and following up on construction projects according to framework agreements
• Ensuring that projects are delivered according to contracts, requirements, and customer expectations
• Acting as the link between the client, employees, and subcontractors
• Conducting purchases, managing project budgets, and following up on forecasts
• Actively working with occupational health and safety and quality
• Contributing to business development and bringing in new assignments within the scope of our agreements

You will become a key person in our operations and an important representative towards our framework agreement customers.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience leading construction projects, preferably within framework agreements and construction services. You are confident in the role of Project Manager, accustomed to collaborating with many actors, and enjoy driving both people and projects forward.

Qualifications

We would like you to have:

• Knowledge in construction technology, scheduling, and production preparation
• Experience in production control and leadership
• Knowledge of KMA (Construction Management Agreement), purchasing experience, and costing/pricing
• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-up
• Knowledge of contract law and ÄTA (Renovation, Repair, and Maintenance) management
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
