About the Company

Marbit Mark och Anläggning is currently in an expansion phase and is looking for an estimator for civil and construction projects in Stockholm. Marbit is part of the Eleda Group and is Sweden's leading player in construction infrastructure. In Stockholm, Marbit serves as the group's resource for civil and construction works.

About the Role

As an estimator, you will support the project team and production with tasks such as costing, tenders, and planning.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative work.
• Prepare tender cost estimates and prepare tender documentation.
• Prepare side bids and alternative cost estimates.
• Prepare and finalize contract documentation.
• Prepare basis for schedules and propose timelines.
• Conduct request for quotations (RFQ).
• Evaluate quotations.
• Responsible for system management.
• Contacts in the role: Primarily your own project/production group and internal support functions.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary educational background in construction technology (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of contract law.
• Experience with tendering.
• Knowledge of LOU (Public Procurement Act).
• Several years of experience working as an estimator.
• Experience from the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Knowledge of construction costing software.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

We would appreciate it if you also have experience with larger business systems and scheduling programs.
