About the role

Anderssons Byggnadsekonomi is a specialist company in the cost estimation industry, offering cost calculations and related services at all stages and for all disciplines within construction, civil engineering, and installations. Since its founding in 2016, the company has grown steadily and now prepares estimates for clients across the country, both for clients (owners) and contractors. The office is located on Södermalm with excellent transport links, including the subway right outside the door.

As a Cost Estimation Engineer, you will calculate costs for various construction projects throughout Sweden. You will work on analyzing data, creating detailed estimates, and contributing to securing successful bids and business deals. You will be involved in the entire process from analysis to providing the final documentation to the customer.

Responsibilities

The company prepares cost estimates within construction, civil engineering, and installations. In the role of Cost Estimation Engineer, you will work within one or more of these disciplines.

• Analyze estimation data from customers, which mainly consists of descriptions and drawings, but also models and data in other forms
• Prepare estimates for all types of purposes and customers, e.g., budget estimates for owners or bid estimates for contractors
• Work together with colleagues to create complete estimates across all disciplines, where everyone contributes their expertise

We are looking for you who

• Hold a post-secondary education as a construction engineer or other education/experience considered equivalent
• Have experience in estimation work within one or more disciplines, such as construction, civil engineering, piping, ventilation, or electrical
• Are proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have

• Previous experience working with the systems Bluebeam, Bidcon, and Sektionsdata
