We are looking for you who want a varied and fun job where, during the winter half-year, you together with your colleagues play a crucial role in the operation of the airport. What does the role entail? As a operations technician during the winter season, you mainly work with snow removal and maintenance of runways, taxiways, and aircraft parking stands. When it does not snow, the tasks vary and can include cleaning and technical maintenance of the airport's surfaces and equipment, as well as supporting other departments at the airport. The position involves physical work with tasks such as cleaning, clearing bushes, handling baggage, and assisting passengers. The work pace varies and can be high during certain periods, while it is very calm during others. Since the airport is open around the clock and every day of the year, it means working during days, nights, and weekends. Approximately 50 percent of the working hours will be scheduled at night. The position is a seasonal employment, approximately between October and April.

Who are you? We are looking for you who have:

• Category B driver's license
• Category C driver's license or 5 years of machine experience with wheel loaders, tractors, excavators, or similar
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Good physical fitness

You need to enjoy collaborating with others but also working independently. You are flexible, take responsibility for your tasks, and have a positive attitude towards working outdoors in varying weather.

The employment begins with a three-week paid education, where training starts in week 44 and 48. You will participate in only one of the training sessions.
