About the Role

Ayva is currently seeking roofers for our ongoing and upcoming roofing contracts.

This position is aimed at individuals with experience in roofing, specifically focusing on waterproofing and tiling, who wish to work on projects where quality, structure, and production security are central to the execution.

You will work with waterproofing and tile systems on roofs within a contracting framework. The work covers the entire chain, from demolition and preparatory work to final installation and finishing.

About the Assignments

• The assignments are primarily within the Stockholm region.
• Work takes place in established contracts with clear supervision.
• Long-term projects – not short-term gigs.
• Opportunity for continued assignment with the same client.

Responsibilities

As a waterproofing installer, you will work with:

• Demolition of existing waterproofing layers.
• Construction of base layers and insulation.
• Installation and welding of waterproofing membranes (roofing felt/PVC).
• Detail work at penetrations, drains, and edges.
• Self-inspections and quality assurance according to project requirements.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1–2 years of experience with waterproofing work.
• Has a good understanding of waterproofing systems and roof construction, and is solution-oriented.
• Is meticulous and responsible in your work.
• Thrives in production environments and can work both independently and in a team.

Requirements:

• Certification for Hot Work.
• Fall protection training.
• Swedish or English speaking skills.

Merits:

• Category B driver's license.
• Experience from larger contracts.
• Certification in Resitrix.
