ABOUT US

Sw Kusttjänst AB is a local private company managing approximately 25 properties and 125 apartments in Kramfors and the surrounding area. The company was founded in 2011, and we are now looking for a new property caretaker.

ABOUT THE JOB

This is a full-time position with working hours Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00. In rare cases, emergency calls outside regular hours may be required, which will be arranged by agreement.

You will work largely independently with personal responsibility. Therefore, experience in property maintenance or similar roles is preferred.

Tasks may include:

• Snow removal and ice treatment in winter, and lawn mowing in summer.
• Contact with tenants, requiring good Swedish language skills.
• Ongoing maintenance and repairs of properties.
• Cleaning of common areas such as stairwells and laundry rooms.
• Carpentry and painting work.
• Minor electrical and plumbing tasks.

Days may consist of varied tasks, requiring flexibility.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is:

• Flexible and adaptable to varying tasks.

• Service-oriented with good social skills.
• Driven and has a strong work ethic.
• Independent, proactive, and resourceful (as the role involves much solo work).
• Physically fit, as heavy lifting may occur.
• Problem-solving oriented.

Knowledge in electrical and plumbing work is a plus, as is experience in property maintenance.

A Category B driver's license is required as the properties are spread out and a car is needed for travel. Personal suitability is highly valued.

We primarily seek full-time candidates, but part-time may be considered if the right person is found.
