Working Hours

The position involves scheduled working hours from 07:30–16:00, as well as work every third weekend.

About the Position

This is primarily a position as an assistant nurse in home care, where the majority of working hours consist of customer visits and care work.

In addition, you will have increased responsibility for staffing and schedule planning every third weekend. In this role, you will work closely with the operations manager and coordinator to ensure that the business runs smoothly and that both customers and employees have the best possible conditions.

The role is designed with opportunities for development. For the right person, there is an opportunity to gradually expand the area of responsibility and take on a more extensive role within the business's planning and administration.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide safe and professional care to our customers.
• Perform personal care and service tasks.
• Document according to current guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and relatives.
• Be responsible for staffing and schedule planning every third weekend.
• Handle urgent changes in staffing.
• Be a support to the coordinator and operations manager in daily planning.
• Contribute to structure, quality, and good communication in the business.

We are looking for you who

• Are a trained assistant nurse with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• Have experience working in home care or other elderly care services.
• Are responsible, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Enjoy combining practical care work with administrative tasks.
• Have good computer skills and are quick to learn new systems.
• Have good teamwork skills and a professional approach.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

It is meritorious if you have previously worked with schedule planning, staffing, or other administrative tasks, but the most important thing is that you have interest, commitment, and a desire to develop.
