About the Role

Vårdliljan is looking for a registered nurse to join our home care team in Hässelby! We offer stimulating and meaningful work with clear leadership and opportunities for professional development.

The Assignment

The position is day-time only, Monday to Friday. The role includes planning, coordinating, and implementing care measures, contacting other healthcare providers and home help services, as well as direct and telephone contact with patients and their relatives.

Background

We are looking for a registered nurse. You should have at least two years of experience as a nurse, preferably from a health center or home care, or have worked as an assistant nurse in home care before becoming registered. It is important that you are someone who feels a strong commitment to your professional practice. Good computer skills are required, preferably with experience of the systems Take Care and Lifecare. You must have excellent command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. About Vårdliljan

Vårdliljan was founded in 2003 and has grown steadily since then. Our areas of operation include basic home care and nursing interventions during on-call hours in elderly care and LSS (support and service for persons with certain disabilities). We have a collective agreement with Vårdföretagarna and offer a wellness allowance. Our team has a very good atmosphere, where we are engaged in each other's work and support one another when help is needed.
