Do you want to lead a business that makes a real difference – every evening, night, and weekend? We are now looking for an Assistant Unit Manager for our office in Huvudsta.
About Us
Aleris Basal Home Care works on behalf of health centers when they are closed – evenings, nights, and weekends. We are located at five geographical sites in Stockholm County and are part of Aleris Primary Care, together with ASIH, specialized palliative care wards, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care.
Your Role
As Assistant Unit Manager, you share leadership with Unit Manager Murisa Bacic Blazevic. Together, you are responsible for leading, developing, and creating the conditions for safe and secure home care.
You have personnel, result, and work environment responsibility for nursing assistants and nurses. You drive quality work, follow up on our collaborations with health centers, and ensure that the business develops in line with agreements, budget, and goals.
In this role, you work closely with clinical nurses, patient safety nurses, coordinators, staffing administrators, and recruiters. Together, you create the right conditions for our employees to provide care with quality and care.

About You
We are looking for you who:
- Are a licensed nurse
- Have at least four years of experience in leadership roles
- Have experience in personnel management, preferably within home care
- Are confident in your leadership and create engagement and involvement
- Have a good understanding of the mission of home care
- Are structured, decisive, and used to leading in change
- Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
- Have good computer literacy
You are a leader who listens. You create a work environment where employees feel seen and valued. You combine clarity with care and are driven by developing both people and the business.

Employment Conditions
Employment type: Permanent employment, starting with a 6-month probationary period
Scope: Full-time
