We are looking for an engaged and experienced cook who, together with our site manager, will lead the daily operations at Proviant Albano. In August 2021, we opened the doors to one of Sweden's most modern kitchens. Located in the newly built Campus Albano, situated in the world's first national urban park, right at the intersection of city and countryside and our prestigious universities (Stockholm University, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and Karolinska Institutet), we have created a place for modern and sustainable food in close collaboration with our target group.

You will work in a kitchen team with chefs, assistants, and dishwashers, reporting to the site manager/head chef. Daily operations include buffet lunches, catering orders, dinner & events, café offerings, and everything in between.

Working hours include both day and evening shifts, with a focus on daytime hours Monday–Friday.

We are looking for

• A seasoned and curious cook with a strong interest and pride in the profession
• You enjoy teamwork and can lead the kitchen team naturally
• You are meticulous, structured, positive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• At least five years of experience in a comparable role or workplace
