Chef with Sous-Chef Experience Wanted for Restaurant in Åkersberga

We are looking for an engaged and driven chef with experience as a sous-chef for our restaurant in Åkersberga, just outside of Stockholm.
As a chef with us, you will have overall responsibility for the kitchen, including menu planning, quality assurance, ordering, and staff supervision. Our focus is on Italian Mediterranean cuisine, so experience or a strong interest in Italian cuisine and its traditions is a plus.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, organized, and naturally driven. You thrive in a leadership role, have good collaboration skills, and can work structured even at a high pace. You are used to taking initiative and have a passion for cooking with a focus on quality and ingredients.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a chef, preferably in a leading position
- Experience with Italian Mediterranean cuisine is a plus
- Good organizational skills
- Responsible and driven
