We are now saying goodbye to our summer staff and instead looking for permanent staff for the autumn, both part-time, full-time, and hourly positions, starting immediately.

We are looking for a Dining Room Manager for our restaurant Il Pascolo, where you will have overall responsibility for the dining room. We serve a Mediterranean-inspired menu as well as Neapolitan pizzas.

You ensure that every guest is met with professional treatment, high quality, and professional service. You have the ability to see both the details and the big picture, work in a structured manner, and know how to prioritize correctly even when the pace is fast.

In this role, you are responsible for the daily operations in the dining room. You lead and coach the staff, inspire the team to develop, and create good conditions to achieve common goals together. At the same time, you are a natural part of the daily service and work actively as a head waiter and in a serving role. The business also includes events and catering. As we are a small company, your tasks will vary depending on the needs of the business.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in leadership and administration.
• Has the ability to create engagement and build strong teams.
• Has a passion for service.
• Is good at driving a team forward and helping others grow in their work.
• Thrives with overall responsibility, is unpretentious, and takes initiative to solve challenges that arise.
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English to facilitate communication with guests and colleagues.
