About the role

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager who wants to take significant responsibility for the daily operations of the restaurant. You will lead the service, coach the team, and ensure that every guest receives a first-class experience. The role also involves personnel responsibility and close collaboration with the restaurant's other management.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and distribute tasks during service.
• Coach and develop employees.
• Responsible for daily operations and ensuring high service quality.
• Plan staffing and create a well-functioning team.
• Introduce and train new employees.
• Ensure that routines, quality, and working environment standards are followed.
• Serve as a role model in service and hospitality.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as a restaurant manager, head waiter, or service manager.
• Is a confident and inspiring leader.
• Is highly committed to service and guest experiences.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to make quick decisions.
• Is structured, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Speaks Swedish and English.
