We are looking for someone with previous experience in cafés and bakeries, who has been responsible for scheduling, ordering supplies, and other practical tasks within the café/bakery environment. Food safety training is an advantage, but can be substituted by extensive experience in the industry.

You need to thrive in a responsibility-driven and fast-paced environment. We prefer that you are accustomed to a high tempo and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously:

• Working in the shop with sales, taking orders, and preparing sandwiches, salads, and soups.
• Cleaning, dishwashing, and keeping the café clean and tidy.

You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as there is significant customer interaction.

The role includes responsibility for:

• Staffing and scheduling in relation to sales and budget.
• Supply ordering and minimizing waste.
• Ensuring hygiene routines are followed according to directives.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the shop/café, which means maintaining dialogue with the owner/manager and reporting any issues if something in the shop is not functioning correctly.

We are open every day of the week, but this responsible role involves working Monday through Friday. Shifts vary; the earliest start time is 06:00 for morning shifts, and the latest end time is 18:45 for closing shifts. Proximity and a short commute to the workplace are important to us. If you live south of Stockholm, you will not be considered for this position.

The position is permanent with a probationary period and is to be filled by August 31st or as agreed upon. We will hold continuous interviews so the position can be filled before the application deadline. Recruitment starts immediately, so do not wait to apply.
