As a Shift Leader at Yoump, you work as both an instructor and receptionist, with the additional responsibility of ensuring smooth operations during your shift. You are a natural leader who contributes to a safe, fun, and energetic environment – for both guests and colleagues. The position is approximately 50%, depending on agreement.

• Customer Experience: Be a positive role model and ensure every guest feels welcome and seen.

• Leadership: Support colleagues during your shift, assist with questions, and ensure routines are followed.

• Reception & Service: Handle bookings, payments, and customer service via email/phone, and ensure the café and shop are sales-oriented and inviting.

• Instructor Work: Instruct guests, host birthday parties and group bookings, and encourage activity in a safe and engaging manner.

• Safety & Order: Ensure safety regulations are followed and that the park is kept clean, tidy, and pleasant according to cleaning routines.

• Sales: Actively work on upselling in the café and shop, and present products in a sales-oriented way.

• Is responsible, positive, and likes to take initiative.

• Has an easy time creating a good atmosphere and thrives in an active environment.

• Is structured and has the ability to juggle many balls in the air.

• Enjoys leading others and contributing to a strong team.
