About Us

Are you a trained district nurse or registered nurse, preferably with a few years of experience, and do you want to contribute to the good and close primary care here in Nyköping?

We are looking for you who want to become part of our cheerful and competent team and who yourself have a great interest in interacting, building relationships, and working with team-based care.

We are a well-functioning and well-established region-run health centre located centrally in Nyköping, with proximity to both the city center and the harbor.

Here we work closely together, both within our own professional group and together with other professions. All to make it as good as possible for our registered patients. The work thus becomes both more enjoyable and more educational, providing our patients with safer care and you with a more sustainable work environment.

In total, there are 14 district nurses/registered nurses at this clinic. Several of us have many years of experience in the operation, and some have specialized training in addition to the nursing license.

The work group also includes our child health care nurses and a health coordinator.

The work group is characterized as competent, secure, and stable. In other words, you will be well taken care of from the day you start with us.

Your Responsibilities

Tasks at the clinic include telephone advice, chat, and standard work at a district nurse clinic. Our more than 13,000 patients are divided into 4 cross-professional teams, and you as a nurse/district nurse work in pairs with a colleague for one of these teams.

Here we strive for generalist competence and a holistic view within nursing. There is also room to, in addition to that, eventually become extra focused within a specific medical nursing area.

We place great value on whether you have an interest in operational development and are willing to take the lead in various improvement projects.

Work at the primary care emergency service for occasional weekend shifts (approx. 3-4 shifts/year) is also included in the position.

Your Qualifications

• District nurse or registered nurse with an interest in primary care. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
• Category B driver's license is required.

Employment Type

Permanent position, full-time or part-time. Start date by agreement.
