About us

The Emergency Clinic consists of our Emergency Ward and Emergency Reception. Here we work together to provide secure and safe care to patients with acute care needs.

Care is provided around the clock on the Emergency Ward, and we treat patients who are assessed to need inpatient care for a shorter period. Here you will work with a diverse patient group, which gives you a varied and developing workday. We receive patients within medicine, orthopedics, and surgery, as well as some ear patients. The breadth of the assignment gives you broad experience that is hard to get on more specialized wards.

We work in teams where nurses and nursing assistants together create secure and person-centered care. As a nurse, you are responsible for nursing, monitoring, and treatment of acutely ill patients. The close cooperation in the team gives us the opportunity to learn from each other and continuously develop both your competence and the operations.

At our workplace, competence development is a natural part of the work. To help you develop in your professional role, we allocate scheduled competence time every week. The content varies based on current themes and the operations' needs throughout the year.

We offer two working time models where the working hours are valued based on inconvenient working hours. The employment involves two- or three-shift work with rotation.

• To assess and perform interventions based on the patient's care needs according to ABCDE and the guidelines and routines that exist at our clinic

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. Experience in inpatient care is meritorious but not a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. You need to have good cooperation skills as you will be working in a team.

Employment type

Permanent position 100% or according to agreement. Start date according to agreement.
