We are now looking for staff for our team in Oxelösund to work as an Evening Care Assistant. Here you will find meaningful work where you make a difference every day.

Employment and Terms

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday & every other weekend
Employment Level: 75%
Working Hours: 15:30 - 22:00
Employment Type: 6-month probationary period leading to a possible permanent position or employment based on need.
Start Date: Immediately or by agreement
Workplace: You will be based at our office in Oxelösund and work within Oxelösund Municipality.

Job Responsibilities – What will you do?

At our company, you will work in customers' homes with varying interventions based on individual needs:

• Personal Care – support with hygiene, dressing/undressing, and mobility
• Social Support & Conversation – create security through presence and good treatment
• Support in Daily Life – help with meals and simpler household chores
• Supervision & Security – pay attention to needs and contribute to safe care
• Documentation – document according to the implementation plan
• Medication Delegation – handover of medication according to prescription, as well as documentation and follow-up according to current routines
• Security Alarms – quickly respond to urgent needs from customers who have triggered an alarm. We work on behalf of Oxelösund Municipality and are responsible for both standard home care tasks and handling security alarms between 06:45 - 22:00. This means a varied assignment with both planned and more urgent interventions.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are engaged and want to contribute to a secure and professional home care service:

• Nursing Assistant Education (meritorious) – you have a completed education, preferably with experience
• Good Swedish in speech and writing – you can communicate clearly and document correctly
• Category B Driver's License – you are a confident and experienced driver
• Cyclist – you feel comfortable traveling between customers by bicycle
• Responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented – you take initiative, work independently, and keep your cool in different situations while collaborating well with colleagues and meeting people with empathy, respect, and understanding.
• Digital Competence – you use a mobile phone in your daily work
• Medication Delegation – experience with medication delegation and familiarity with medication handling according to routine
