About the Role

In the role of Specialist in General Practice/Deputy Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for operational operations, medical quality, the development of ST (specialist training) positions, and staffing. You lead the business forward together with the Operations Manager through clear leadership, presence in everyday life, and a strong focus on improvement.

As Deputy Operations Manager, you will:

• Ensure high medical quality, patient safety, and patient experience
• Drive change, improvement, and efficiency work in everyday life
• Work with follow-up, quality, and business development
• Be a clear culture carrier that creates structure, direction, and pace
• Lead by example through high clinical presence
• Collaborate with regional management and contribute to regional and national initiatives
• Work clinically as a doctor in parallel with your role as Deputy Operations Manager.
