RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a nurse for the short-term care facility Villa Linné, located in central Kalmar. Here, you will work closely with patients alongside six dedicated colleagues in a competent nursing team.

You will be responsible for patients who alternate between living at home and in short-term care. As a permanent care contact, you will plan, perform, and coordinate health and medical care interventions based on each patient's individual needs.

The work is varied and content-rich. Here you will encounter everything from advanced home healthcare to palliative care, medication management, and wound dressings. You will follow patients over time and truly see the effect of the care you provide.

At our workplace, you will work both independently and as part of a team. You will become part of a cross-professional team consisting of assistant nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social secretaries, and the unit manager. We also collaborate closely with neighboring healthcare services such as psychiatry, habilitation, and health centers.

You will be scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and have several years of experience in the profession. It is meritorious if you have previous experience from municipal healthcare, but it is not a requirement. We consider further education, such as district nurse, geriatric nurse, or other directions that add value to the operations, as meritorious.

As a person, you are structured, have high collaboration skills, and the ability to prioritize your work. You feel a strong commitment and genuine interest in your tasks.

As a nurse, you have the ability to work independently and take personal responsibility in your profession while valuing teamwork highly and being flexible. You can structure your workday and prioritize your tasks. You need to be able to be creative, adapt to both the situation and the person, and see opportunities.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

A driver's license is required.
