With these goals, the service technician who takes care of customers' turbines plays a key role in the front line of our service agreements. In this role, you will work in an exciting industry in a team with engaged colleagues. We are currently looking for a service technician in Skänninge, who will be part of a service team responsible for the service and maintenance of wind turbines in the area. We are looking for you with good teamwork skills who enjoys working in a team.

Responsibilities

The position places high demands on accuracy and professionalism as we are extremely keen that our service work is carried out with the highest safety and quality. To fulfill the duties, we believe you are a person with good knowledge of electricity or mechanics, is service-oriented and business-minded.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wind turbines in accordance with service agreements
• Customer contact with owners regarding upcoming service and clear reporting of performed actions
• Responsibility and management of the service vehicle including its inventory
• Daily reporting and registration in our business system Salesforce (SAP)

Qualifications

• Relevant experience or education in electricity or mechanics, as well as an interest in deepening knowledge in these areas and especially electronics
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English (corporate language) in speech and writing
• Good general computer skills
• B Driver's License (without restrictions)
• Previous experience as a Service Technician

Other information

The position is based in Skänninge, Sweden. The role involves traveling with overnight stays for various further training and assistance in other areas, which can amount to up to 50 travel days per year. For this position, understanding regarding potential travel for educational purposes and working hours is important. A requirement for employment is to be approved for mast and pole certification, which consists of a stress ECG and medical examination, performed during the recruitment process.
