About the Position

You are offered a part-time permanent position in a profitable and fast-growing company. The position is located at Arken Zoo's store at Amiralen, Karlskrona.

• The position is part-time, 15 hours/week. The employment begins with a 6-month probation period.
• Employment contract and salary according to the Handshake (Handels) collective agreement.
• Working hours: days, evenings, and weekends according to schedule.
• Start date: August/September 2026

Responsibilities

The role includes among other things:

• Providing the best customer service every time you work and always helping the customer make the right product choice.
• Being a driven salesperson who loves interacting with customers.
• Store maintenance, upkeep, unpacking, restocking, and sales.
• Nail trimming for dogs, cats, and small animals.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a passion for pets, especially dogs and cats. You should be a dedicated service-oriented person with some experience in retail or grocery store work and sales.

Animal care education from high school, zoos, etc., is a merit but not a requirement.
