Sweden's fastest-growing energy brand continues to expand – we are now expanding our successful sales team to reach even more customers and drive the next phase of our growth journey.

We are now looking for you who are primarily based in Växjö or Kalmar.

You are goal-oriented, possess strong social skills, are skilled at building trust, and create the best conditions in-store for consumers through creative action. This is who we are looking for.

We would like you to have experience from sales in the grocery or service retail sector. If you also have experience from the beverage department, that is particularly advantageous.

The employer is Monster Energy Sweden, but the recruitment is handled by Nextstore Group AB.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop sales of our products in existing stores through assortment, exposure, and campaigns.
• Implementation of central market activations and campaigns in stores.
• Training and coaching of beverage managers in stores.
• Seek out and find new retailers for our products.
• You report your completed work in our CRM system.

EXPERIENCE

• Sales experience – preferably within the grocery and beverage industry.
• Previous experience working in your own sales district with a budget and responsibility for your targets.
• MS Office experience – comfortable with Excel and Word.
• Category B driver's license.
• English at a business level.

THE DISTRICT

The district is well-established and includes the main cities of Växjö, Kalmar, Karlskrona, Vetlanda, and Ljungby. We prefer that your place of work is in Växjö or Kalmar.
