To our store in Vimmerby, we are now looking for a sales assistant who wants to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. Here, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus.

This position will be part of a resource pool of sales assistants, which we call "Poolers". The position is 80% and permanent, with weekly working hours varying.

In your role as a sales assistant (pooler) with us

As a sales assistant, you are part of a resource pool where you cover short-term absences in a cluster of nearby stores: Cluster - Vimmerby (Vimmerby, Västervik, Gamleby, Österbymo, Kisa, Hultsfred, Eksjö) Home store - Vimmerby. This means that you work 3 days a week in your home store and 2 days a week you support one of the other stores, for example in case of illness or parental leave.

We learn from each other and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget. The work in the store is varied, and during a working day, you meet customers, sit at the checkout, work in the warehouse, and stock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

We are looking for you who

• Are of legal age (20 years old) to serve customers who are allowed to shop with us.
• Have good social skills and understand how you can contribute to a good customer meeting.
• Contribute to the development of our stores by sharing knowledge between stores.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and until closing time.
• Enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Have a flexible attitude, a curious approach to learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.
• Have a high school or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience from retail, work in a service profession, and/or with food and beverages. It is an advantage if you have a B-driving license, depending on the distances within the cluster.
