We are now looking for a park worker for the Service Department at the Community Planning Administration in Tidaholm Municipality!

About the position

As a park worker, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the municipality's parks, green areas, and public spaces. The tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• Mowing and trimming grass
• Maintenance of bushes, flower beds, and plantings
• Maintenance of playgrounds and green areas
• Cleaning and litter collection in public spaces
• Emptying trash bins
• Machine care and basic maintenance of equipment

The work is carried out both independently and in collaboration with colleagues, involving regular contact with the public.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have education in gardening, green area maintenance, or other education that the employer considers equivalent.

A category B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement.

As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and meticulous. You have good teamwork skills but can also work independently as solo work occurs. Furthermore, you have a good sense of service and a professional attitude.

Experience with green areas, outdoor environments, and machinery used in park and green area maintenance is meritorious.
