Vårdcentralen Kungsbacka works according to the core pillar "together for accessibility", which concretely means a health centre where we jointly create a pleasant work environment that is sustainable in the long term and, with technology's help, provides our patients with good and safe care.

For us, accessibility and continuity are important. We want to be there for our patients, where they want to meet us. In our digital reception for chat, video visits, and telephony, or physical reception when needed.

The health centre is located at Kungsbacka Närsjukhus. This means we have proximity to specialist clinics, radiology, dietitians, laboratory medicine, and a pharmacy located in the same building. The health centre has just over 14,000 registered patients, making us the largest health centre in Region Halland. As a doctor here, you work in the largest team at the clinic, and we have many specialists in general medicine.

Job Responsibilities

In your role as a doctor here, you work with both acute and scheduled appointments. You will take care of patients with more long-term illnesses and you will work in our direct reception where we handle more acute issues.

Although the role involves significant personal responsibility, you will never be alone in your work. At the clinic, there are always colleagues and other professional groups nearby for collaboration, support, and experience sharing.

The work includes usual tasks for a doctor at a health centre, but with a focus on the following assignments.

• Provide primary care on digital platforms with chat, video, and telephony.
• Work at the clinic with acute and scheduled activities.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician, internship (AT) with primary care placement or equivalent experience.
• Experience is preferred, but primarily a desire to work with digital health care.
• Interest in helping to shape the health centre of the future is preferred.

As a person, you find it easy to collaborate with others and adapt to new circumstances. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
