• Manufacturing and casting of prefabricated concrete elements according to drawings, work descriptions, and safety routines.

• Preparation of molds, reinforcement, and insertion of embedded items for concrete elements in production.

• Quality control and documentation of completed work to ensure that finished elements meet requirements and standards.

• Assembly as well as finishing and repair of concrete elements when needed.

• Collaboration with colleagues in production, assembly, and technology to maintain high and consistent quality throughout the process.

• Actively participate in improvement work for more efficient work processes and increased safety at the workplace.

• Experience in concrete work, preferably within prefab or manufacturing industry, is meritorious.

• Basic knowledge of reading drawings, reinforcement, molding, and concrete pouring.

• Experience working practically with tools and machinery for prefab production.

• You must be able to work shifts as both two-shift systems and night shifts are common.

• Category B driver's license is required.

• Forklift license and overhead crane license are meritorious.

• Good command of Swedish in speech and writing to handle instructions, documentation, and safety information.

• Careful, quality-conscious, and responsible in everything you do.

• Initiative-taking and solution-focused – you see opportunities for improvement.

• Team player who collaborates and communicates well with colleagues.

• Flexible and engaged in developing within prefab and concrete production.

• High safety awareness and a strong desire to contribute to a safe working environment.
