Your Mission

As a Delivery Lead, you belong to the Technology Department. The department is responsible for providing FRA with the technical systems needed for operations. The department develops, maintains, and deploys new technical systems as well as managing the operation and maintenance of existing systems.

In the role of Delivery Lead, you are a key person who coaches, coordinates, and creates conditions for a group of teams within a domain. You lead several teams and are responsible for the domain's planning work (PI Planning), while simultaneously driving and coordinating larger business and development initiatives (portfolio epics) that span multiple domains, trains, and organizational boundaries. By creating alignment among different stakeholders, managing dependencies, and tracking progress, you ensure that initiatives and deliveries move forward towards common goals.

To create the best possible conditions for delivery, you work with continuous follow-up, coordination, and visualization based on agile working methods. The role involves close collaboration with customers, product owners, IT architects, and other teams within the department, where you contribute to removing obstacles, coordinating efforts, and creating conditions for successful deliveries.

We are looking for someone who recognizes themselves in, and has knowledge or experience from, the following:

  • Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent competence acquired through relevant work experience. At least eight years of experience in qualified IT work is considered to meet the requirement for post-secondary education.
  • Current experience of agile working methods and approaches, such as SAFe and Scrum. The experience must have been acquired within the last three years and include at least five years of practical work.
  • At least five years of experience in portfolio management with responsibility for several ongoing programs, projects, and activities.
  • Experience in project management, team leadership, and financial planning.
  • Good ability to facilitate work meetings.
  • Good ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

We consider it advantageous if you have:

  • Education in agile working methods, such as SAFe or SCRUM.
  • Experience working as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) within the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) framework.
  • Experience with planning and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with the ITIL framework.

More Information

The workplace is located near Drottningholm, approx. 10 minutes from Brommaplan. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security clearance class. Before employment, you will be security vetted in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act. Employment entails an obligation to be placed in wartime duties.
