Do you want to work in a varied role where logistics, project management, and customer contact are in focus? As a Project Forwarder, you are responsible for transport and delivery-related issues in customer-specific projects from order to delivery. You coordinate contact with customers, suppliers, and transport partners, and are responsible for procurement, cost monitoring, and ensuring efficient logistical solutions.

About the assignment
As a Project Forwarder, you are dedicated to specific customer projects in our new production, where you work as a sub-project manager from order start to customer delivery. You are responsible for transport-related issues where each project is unique and has specific conditions regarding delivery terms, destination, customs handling, and general logistics concepts.

External contacts with suppliers, transport agents, customer representatives, etc., occur very frequently and are a natural part of the work, as well as internal contacts across numerous interfaces.

The role also includes financial responsibility for all costs associated with the delivery. During the projects, you therefore conduct procurement, purchasing, and monitoring of the costs generated by delivery to the customer.

Responsibilities

• Your sub-project management within the forwarding area.
• Your transport strategy in each project contributes to on-time delivery while meeting customer expectations.
• Your transport procurement, contract writing, and budget monitoring contribute to good financial control in the projects.
• Your contacts with customers, suppliers, and internal interfaces contribute to an understanding of how the delivery will be carried out.
• Your planning and execution of correct transport documents contribute to compliance with warehouse and regulations while meeting the customer's documentation requirements.
• Your ability to solve delivery problems during the project contributes to customer satisfaction while limiting financial impact.

Competency Requirements

• You have a relevant higher education degree and/or several years of qualified experience in logistics, import/export.
• Experience with international transport and customs issues, as well as contract writing, is highly advantageous.
• Experience in project management of other resources is highly advantageous.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. Additional language skills such as Spanish, German, or Russian are a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP is also a plus.
