About the role:

Center Hotel is a boutique hotel in central Gothenburg, just a short walk from the main shopping streets. This classic hotel is located inside the city moat, right by Stenpiren. The property is part of the Best Western chain and belongs to the GCCH hotel group.

Responsibilities:

Your duties will include standard reception tasks such as guest check-in and check-out. You will handle phone calls, bookings, payments, and other administrative tasks. Additionally, you will assist the breakfast and housekeeping teams when needed. At Center Hotel, we work closely together across departments and foster strong cross-functional collaboration.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a service-oriented individual who is passionate about hospitality and, above all, maintains a positive and professional attitude towards our guests. You are flexible, thrive in a team environment, but can also work independently when managing the front desk alone. A tidy and organized approach to your workspace is a plus.

What we seek:

We are offering a temporary position at 80% with shifts every other weekend, as well as day and evening shifts. If you are interested but prefer to work less than 80%, we also have openings for weekend and extra staff.
