Attendo Kantarellvägen is a pleasant nursing home in Åkersberga with a total of 40 places. Of these, 10 places are somatically oriented and 30 places are dementia-oriented. Here we work with person-centered care where each resident's needs, wishes, and life story are in focus.

We are a Silviahem-certified nursing home, which means that all care and support are based on Silviahem's care philosophy with a focus on high quality in dementia care. At our facility, nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists work together to create a safe, secure, and meaningful everyday life for the residents.

As a nursing assistant with us:

As a nursing assistant at Attendo Kantarellvägen, you work with providing person-centered care and support to the residents. You are responsible for creating a safe, dignified, and meaningful everyday life by meeting each individual based on their needs, wishes, and conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support in daily life, such as hygiene, dressing and undressing, and meals.
  • Perform care and nursing interventions according to implementation plans.
  • Observe the residents' health status and report changes to the responsible nurse.
  • Document according to current legislation and the facility's routines.
  • Perform delegated health and medical tasks according to competence and delegation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other professional groups to ensure good and safe care.
  • Contribute to social interaction, activities, and a pleasant living environment.
  • Work based on a person-centered approach and the facility's values.

We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant, have a good attitude towards people, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You are responsible, flexible, and committed to providing high-quality care.

The position involves day/evening shifts and every other weekend. The position is full-time or according to agreement. Start date August 31, 2026, or according to agreement.

Requirements:

  • You must hold the title of nursing assistant.
  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).
  • Good computer skills/computer literacy.
