As a Customer Service Representative at Amili, you help people achieve a more secure financial situation while creating a positive customer experience. Every call is a chance to make a real difference.

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Amili, you help people achieve a more secure financial situation while creating a professional and positive customer experience. You will become a specialist in invoices, payments, and debt collection matters, handling customer inquiries via phone.

You will receive a thorough introduction where you are trained in the claims management process as well as relevant laws and guidelines. Therefore, you do not need to have specialist knowledge from the start – we provide you with the right prerequisites for success.

You will become part of an engaged team of approximately 40 colleagues who are jointly responsible for the entire workflow, from the invoice being sent out until the payment is registered.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance regarding invoices, payments, and debt collection via phone.
  • Contribute to sustainable payment solutions for private individuals.
  • Ensure professional and solution-oriented customer dialogue.

Who we are looking for

  • Upper secondary education.
  • Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Good computer skills and a strong ability to work in parallel across multiple systems while talking on the phone.
  • Clean credit record without payment defaults (credit check will be conducted).
  • Previous experience in customer service is a merit.
