We are one of the fastest-growing tech-enabled cleaning companies right now because we are digital and agile. We help hundreds of customers every month with home cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, and window cleaning. Currently, hundreds of customer inquiries pour in every month, and we need a person who will be our face to the outside world – and our secret sales engine.
About the role:
This is not your average "sit-and-wait customer service" job. This is a combined support and sales role where your primary mission is to provide an unbeatable customer experience and ensure that incoming inquiries turn into booked cleanings.
Your main responsibilities:
Lightning-fast lead management: When a new customer inquiry comes in via our website, you pick up the phone to show a service mindset and help the customer book. You follow up with customers who have already shown interest and help them answer any questions before they become part of our team.
Frontline support: You answer incoming calls to our switchboard and emails from existing customers (questions, rebookings, simpler administration).
Upselling: You identify opportunities to offer additional services (such as window cleaning or deep cleaning) to customers who already buy from us and love us.
Who are you?

Love the phone as a tool: You are outgoing, talkative, and have the ability to create security and smiles solely through your voice.
Are extremely fast and structured: You hate having unanswered emails and navigate easily between different digital systems.
Have a winner's mindset: You see every missed lead as a lost opportunity and are motivated by seeing conversion rates increase.
Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
Advantageous: If you have experience from customer service, customer success, or the home service industry.
