Your Responsibilities

In the role of Order Receiver/Customer Service Representative for our client Spendrups, you will answer incoming calls from corporate customers regarding order processing, orders, and information about campaigns, etc. The role also includes outgoing sales calls, offering you the opportunity to develop both administratively and within service and sales. The customers are primarily within the restaurant industry.

Your Profile

We are primarily targeting students for this position, or individuals with another main occupation who wish to work part-time. You are considered a student if you are admitted and enrolled at a university, college, or adult education center (Komvux). A certificate of registration is required for any employment.

We are looking for you who are a good communicator and love providing efficient and high-quality service. As a person, you are a team player with excellent abilities to collaborate and communicate with others.

We would appreciate if you have:

• Experience working in customer service and are service-oriented with good experience handling contacts via phone and email.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in the Office package.
• Preference given to experience in; Grocery retail, Restaurant industry, or work with Systembolaget (the Swedish state-owned alcohol retail monopoly).

Additional Information

• Location: Stockholm, St Eriksgatan 119.
• Availability: 1-2 times per week, focusing on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.
• Working Hours: 08:00-17:00, weekdays (excluding holidays).
• Salary: According to collective agreement.
