Personal Assistant sought for an active and happy 7-year-old boy with autism

We are looking for a secure, engaged, and playful personal assistant for a wonderful 7-year-old boy with autism. He is a curious and energetic boy who enjoys being active, playing, discovering new things, and having fun together with people he feels safe with.

As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in his daily life. You will help him create structure and predictability, while encouraging play, development, and participation based on his own conditions. The work involves being present both at home and during various activities, contributing to a safe and positive environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is secure, calm, and responsible.
• Has a positive attitude and great patience.
• Enjoys playing, being active, and spending time outdoors.
• Can create structure and follow routines while remaining flexible when the situation requires it.
• Is sensitive and able to read the child's needs and communication.
• Has a genuine interest in working with children and wants to contribute to a meaningful and developmental daily life.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience working with children with autism or other neuropsychiatric disabilities.
• Have worked as a personal assistant, in schools, preschools, or other child-related activities.
• Have knowledge of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) or low-arousal approaches.
