Do you like to sell — meaning actually sell, not administer? At our company, you spend your days on calls and customer dialogue, not on CRM busywork. Our AI-supported sales system handles the entire chain from first contact to signed contract, so your time goes towards what generates business.

About Us

BrainMill delivers internet services under the brand Neanet — fast, stable connections for property owners, housing associations, and businesses. We are a small, technically strong company that is growing, with short decision-making paths and modern tools in everything we do. We are now building our sales team — and you will become our first dedicated salesperson, with the chance to shape the role from the start.

What You Will Do Here

  • Make Calls. A Lot. Several call sessions per day with new and existing customers — this is the core of the role and where business is born.
  • Drive the deal through to the end: from first contact to quote, negotiation, and signing — supported by a system that does the heavy lifting for you at every step.
  • Plan outreach: set up and improve campaigns via email and other channels together with us.
  • Represent Neanet at trade fairs and local events — a natural part of the role.
  • Contribute marketing ideas — not a requirement, but we are happy to listen.

We believe you

  • get energy from calling and talking to people — and bounce back when you hear "no"
  • build relationships and trust over the phone — this is how you drive deals to the finish line
  • are structured and self-motivated: you keep the pace without anyone standing next to you
  • express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing; English is also a plus
  • are curious about modern tools — our sales system is AI-supported and you will work closely with it every day
  • have sales experience (phone/inbound sales is a plus) — or the right hunger to acquire it with us
