In Hemse, there are four home care groups that work closely together and are jointly responsible for home care across all of southern Gotland. Here, the Gotlandic nature becomes a natural part of the workday, while collaboration, care, and engagement characterize our work.
Working in home care is about meetings, care, and creating security for people in their own homes. Through your support, you contribute to our users living an independent and meaningful life.
Each home care group consists of approximately 20 employees, with a mix of ages and varying experiences. We value an open work climate where we learn from each other, support each other, and develop the business together. There is room here to take responsibility, contribute your own ideas, and feel joy in the daily work.
