Resident Doctor in General Practice at a Well-Functioning Health Center – Grow with Us!

We are now looking for an engaged resident doctor (ST-läkare) in general practice who wants to become part of our competent and welcoming team. Here, you will find a workplace with good atmosphere, short decision-making paths, and a genuine commitment to both patients and staff.

About the Position

As a resident doctor with us, you will have a varied and educational daily routine within the broad scope of primary care. You will work closely with an experienced and multidisciplinary team consisting of:

• Five specialist doctors in general practice
• Three resident doctors
• District nurses and registered nurses
• Healthcare assistants
• Counselors (CBT and psychologists)

We offer a structured specialist training with regular supervision, a good educational climate, and strong support from experienced colleagues. Here, you are given the best prerequisites to develop in your professional role and achieve your goal of becoming a specialist in general practice.

The work includes scheduled patient visits, reception duties, and treatment with responsibility for your own patients. On-call and standby duties are included in the position.

• Has a Swedish medical license
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
