Canon Sweden is now looking for you to join our Professional Service Center (PSC) in Mölndal. In this role, you will step in as a Swedish and Finnish-speaking 2nd Level Product Specialist and become a key part of our support organization.
The PSC is responsible for all service and support of Canon's professional photography products, consumer products, and corporate products for the Nordic and Baltic markets. Here, you are offered a broad role where technical customer support is combined with quality assurance and coaching of your colleagues!
As our new colleague, you provide world-class technical support primarily to private customers (B2C) but also to corporate customers (B2B), while simultaneously being involved in developing training materials and coaching other colleagues within the PSC.
Your main responsibilities:
- Handle incoming support cases, answer questions regarding product purchases and marketing campaigns, and drive and follow up on customer complaints.
- Ensure that unresolved questions and cases are escalated according to established procedures.
- Create and conduct training for Level 1 Helpdesk (which may include travel) and offer ongoing coaching and mentoring to your PSC colleagues.
- Ensure the quality of information provided to our customers and actively work towards achieving both departmental SLA targets and your individual goals.
Who are you?
We are looking for a team player with a strong service focus who contributes to high customer satisfaction through an attentive, empathetic, and professional approach. You always demonstrate positive and professional communication, both verbally and in writing, whether speaking with an external customer or a colleague.
Requirements for the position:
- Fluent proficiency in Finnish and Swedish, both spoken and written. (Knowledge of other Nordic languages is an asset but not a requirement).
- Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- A strong technical interest.
- Knowledge and/or experience in networking.
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer and service support.
- Experience working in a case management system.
Other details:
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30.
- Location: The work takes place on-site at our Professional Service Center (PSC) in Mölndal, at Krokslätts Fabriker 16.
