About the position
The work combines technical tasks with continuous improvement and involves close collaboration with production and other departments to ensure a safe, sustainable, and efficient operation. You will work with process optimization, quality work, implementation of new methods, as well as maintenance and commissioning of equipment. The position suits you if you thrive in a technical environment and want to contribute to the development of the business.

The position is a temporary assignment starting from August 2026. For the right person, there is a great chance of a permanent employment.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have technical education, preferably in industry, production, or technology, and/or experience in process development, LEAN work, and quality assurance. Experience with automation, robotics, or electrical systems is meritorious. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. Understanding of production flows, good team spirit, and a solution-oriented mindset are important for success in the role.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is also required as collaboration with colleagues is an important part of the job.

Kitron Eltech (formerly DeltaNordic) is located in fine premises in Kungsängen. They offer flexible working hours and short working days on Fridays. The need is long-term, and the position is a rental recruitment via MTX Kompetensförsörjning where the plan is that you will be offered employment at Kitron Eltech after six months of rental.
