• Category B driver's license at the start of employment.

Scope and Start Date

We are looking for both employees for permanent positions of at least 75% and hourly substitutes/extra staff who can work on an as-needed basis.

Types of Employment:

• Position of at least 75%
• Hourly employment on an as-needed basis (extra work)

Working Hours: The work is scheduled during daytime, evening hours, and every other weekend.
Start Date: Immediately or according to agreement.

What does the job entail?

The days are varied with great opportunities to contribute to people's quality of life. You support, help with practical matters, and provide service based on the customer's needs and wishes. The most important thing is that you enjoy building relationships and are good with people.

What background do I need?

For some, this might be a great chance to get a first job; for others, it might mean they are tired of their current industry and want to do something meaningful; and for a third group, it might be a longing to continue within care but change employers. There is no one-size-fits-all solution – we recruit people who have a solution-focused attitude, empathetic values, and want to grow with us.

So it doesn't matter if I have relevant experience?

Yes, of course we see it as positive if you have worked in healthcare/care and done it well! Education as a nursing assistant or equivalent is also an advantage but not a requirement.

Isn't it very tough to work in home care?

It absolutely can be, and that is how development in healthcare and care generally looks. That was also one of the reasons we started in 2013, with the conviction that we can do things a little differently and constantly improve operations with a focus on those we are there for – the elderly.
