Are you a cheerful and positive person who is passionate about food, sales, and first-class service? Then you might be exactly who we are looking for!

We are now looking for a new employee for our store. We want you to have good initiative and a positive energy that is contagious. You see the customer's needs and deliver the industry's best customer service with pride and joy.

As a person, you are creative, always ready with suggestions and ideas, and find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and are driven by the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-oriented, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have the desire to constantly develop and improve both the business and yourself.

You will be working with all common tasks in a retail store, for example:

  • Working at the checkout
  • Restocking shelves and fronting
  • Building displays on the sales floor and endcaps
  • Working with shrinkage and waste reduction
  • Conducting self-checks
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy store

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is always number one. You have an easy time building long-term customer relationships and inspiring customers to shop with joy. You enjoy being on the move and using your body. The work in the store offers a varied job with sometimes high tempo, and it is important that you feel comfortable handling stressful situations.

Previous experience from the grocery retail sector is highly meritorious, but personal suitability is equally important to us at Coop.

The position is a permanent employment of 20 hours/week, starting September 1st or as agreed. We apply a probationary period. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Working hours vary and include day and evening shifts as well as weekends.

Send your application along with a cover letter and CV as soon as possible. Apply via Coop.se

Requirements and Merits:

  • Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing are required
  • Must be 18 years or older (required to work independently at the checkout)
  • Experience and competence from retail and/or other service professions are meritorious
  • Completed upper secondary education is required
