You will step into a socially important assignment where the grading system is being changed to create fairer and more equal grades. As a Senior Program and Project Manager, you will lead work that lays the foundation for how digital final exams can be conducted in the future, focusing on investigating how a digital platform should be designed and which technical solutions are most appropriate.

You will work in a complex environment where technology, operations, and governance need to align. The assignment involves analyzing different technical solution alternatives and assessing their feasibility, as well as organizational prerequisites, digital sovereignty, and other strategically important issues. This is a role for you who want to influence an initiative where technology choices, governance, and implementation have a clear impact on the education sector.

• You lead a strategic investigation related to digital final exams and future platform choices.
• You analyze technical solution alternatives with a focus on feasibility, performance, scalability, accessibility, and operational stability.
• You drive program and project governance from start to finish, including planning of time, budget, and resource needs.
• You identify and assess risks, dependencies, and consequences related to technical solutions and digitalization initiatives.
• You produce decision support materials and recommendations regarding technical choices, platforms, and implementations.
• You weigh in organizational prerequisites, issues of digital sovereignty, and other strategically important perspectives in the work.
• You communicate technically complex issues clearly to decision-makers and other stakeholders.

• At least eight years of documented experience in leading large technical platforms, systems, or IT projects where requirements for performance, scalability, accessibility, and operational stability have been central.
• Documented experience of having led large IT organizations.
• Documented experience in change management and implementation of extensive, cross-functional, complex, and technical projects, including schedule, budget, and resource planning.
• Documented experience in program governance from start to finish.
• Documented experience in leading large digitalization transformations.
• Documented experience in supplier procurement and outsourcing projects.
• Documented experience in identifying and assessing risks, dependencies, and consequences related to technical solutions and digitalization initiatives.
• Documented experience in producing decision support or recommendations regarding technical choices, platform choices, or implementations.
• Documented experience in communicating technically complex issues to decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Documented experience in governance and leadership in both Swedish and English.

• Knowledge from at least one assignment regarding LOU (Public Procurement Act).
• Experience from at least one assignment of IT operations in cloud solutions, with knowledge and experience of self-ownership and handling of personal data.
• Experience from at least one assignment of change management in IT environments with classified information.
• Experience from at least one assignment of project management according to PPS (Public Procurement of Services).
• Experience from at least one assignment of planning and implementing communication efforts towards different target groups within a larger change project.
• Experience from at least one assignment of handing over projects or changes to administration.
