Your Responsibilities

Your duties involve providing our patients with the prerequisites for an active and independent life through training, treatment, provision of assistive devices, and supervision of other professional groups. Preventive training is also an important part of your assignment. We offer you a pleasant work environment with close collegial collaboration where you plan your working day yourself.

We are looking for someone who is interested in working in Halmstad Municipality and wants to contribute to developing our work with the patients we serve.

You will be part of a well-functioning team, consisting of physiotherapists and occupational therapists, responsible for rehabilitation in a specific geographical area. The work is primarily carried out in the patient's home and in the municipality's nursing homes. We are also responsible for our short-term care operations at Nymansgården.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and other professions within the organization. Other personal qualities we value include commitment, responsiveness, and the ability to make independent decisions. Experience from home care services or municipal operations is considered an advantage.

You are clear in your communication, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using computers and mobile phones is also required for the position.

We also expect you to have the ability to work from a person-centered approach where the customer's resources and abilities are put in focus.

A prerequisite for you to thrive with us is also that you work according to the Home Care Administration's value base with the keywords Trust, Respect, and Humility.

Whether you are experienced or a recent graduate, you will have the opportunity to develop in a creative environment together with positive colleagues.

A driver's license for a passenger car with a manual transmission is also required for the position.

The employment is valid until January 15, 2027, with a possible option for extension.
