Job Description
The position involves working with housing coordination, where you are responsible for finding housing and other measures for individuals who have received interventions according to the Social Services Act or the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS). This position is primarily focused on the target group of Elderly people, but will also work with our other target groups, social psychiatry and LSS, as needed.

Your main tasks within housing coordination will be to offer individual placements within the own-regime operations and procured operations of Healthcare and Care, as well as to call upon framework agreements or procure placements directly if necessary. In the role of housing coordinator, you are the link between decision-making and implementation, ensuring an efficient and high-quality process where the right placement goes to the right person at the right time. The role also involves administrative tasks, such as travel bookings and invoice management. The role is service-oriented and requires contact with individuals, suppliers, and other collaboration partners. As a housing coordinator, you will work closely with other housing coordinators, unit managers, case workers, residents, relatives, private actors, and various professional groups within several operational areas of the administration. You will work under a trust-based leadership where you enjoy taking responsibility and bouncing ideas off colleagues, unit managers, and department managers. We share experiences and help each other in our common mission. We assume that you have a positive and solution-focused attitude.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a social worker or have a corresponding higher education degree. Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities and suitability for the position. We are looking for someone who is quality-conscious, has an excellent sense of service, and is a true team player. You work carefully, independently, and in a structured manner. You have good administrative skills and take responsibility for ensuring tasks are done correctly. You also have the ability to see opportunities for potential streamlining and improvements in working methods. You are proficient in computer use and have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. A Category B driver's license is required.

Since Norrtälje Municipality is a Finnish administrative area, we view it positively if you master the Finnish language. It is also positive if you master any of the other minority languages.

In the core values of Healthcare and Care: Trust, Openness, and Reliability, the foundation for everyone's equal value is laid. As an employee here, you have the opportunity to work remotely when the work allows, as well as receive a wellness allowance.

Employment Type
