Your assignment

By providing insights and improvement proposals regarding internal governance and control, you support the agency's management in achieving FRA's goals. You will become part of the internal audit function, which consists of an Internal Audit Manager and an Internal Auditor. Your work will involve planning and conducting audits, both independently and together with the Internal Audit Manager. You will deliver value-adding recommendations and report both in writing and orally to the audited operations and the agency's management.

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • An academic degree in economics, law, social sciences, systems science, or another field we consider relevant for the position.
  • Experience in audit work as an external or internal auditor.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Strong ability to formulate written reports and conduct oral presentations.

We consider it a merit if you have:

  • Worked as an internal auditor at a Swedish government agency.
  • Experience in business development or internal governance and control within the public sector.

The workplace is located near Drottningholm, approximately 10 minutes from Brommaplan. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security classification. Before employment, you will undergo a security clearance in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act. Employment includes an obligation to be mobilized in times of war.
